Infinity Pool “imagines” a world where the super rich can live without consequence and even the most horrific crimes can simply be bought. The corruptive nature of money and power afflicts these privileged vacationers as they brutalize and eviscerate anyone that may have stood in their path—bloodletting their enemies, you know, just for funsies. But is there cost beyond money to achieve this impunity—do you lose that which is truly you in this process…..or do you discover it.
Loved this. Already loved Brandon Cronenberg, but this solidified it. Mia Goth is entrancing and is so perfect for this project. Thought provokingly gruesome and simultaneously sexy, and now I have an urge to rearrange my furniture.
