Interesting concept that leads to some unique scenes. Including a great use of Spike in particular. The monster of the week is horrifying! Gnarl has an eerie voice, is teased well through brief glances and silhouettes until finally we see what I think is the scariest looking thing in the show. His method of killing is even more disturbing than his looks. An episode that makes me laugh out loud and scream is worth the review
