It's not a comedy. it's not romantic. It's not a drama. There's no action. It's not thoughtful. It IS banal, and all I can say in its favor is that it's short. I can think of a million films I'd rather watch than this nonsense. I feel sorry for De Niro, putting his name to this. At least I guess he's laughing all the way to the bank. At least someone's laughing. Avoid like the plague.
