Irreversible
A woman’s lover and her ex-boyfriend take justice into their own hands after she becomes the victim of a rapist. Because some acts can’t be undone. Because man is an animal. Because the desire for vengeance is a natural impulse. Because most crimes remain unpunished.

The moment the audience was shown the reason why Alex left the party, the movie got over for me (Original cut) as after that it adds nothing much to character intentions; instead, it takes away and dilutes the story with repeated acts and conversations about sex and unnecessary nudity.
Camera work was good and really went well with the original chronology and the metaphors Noé used. Loved Bellucci's acting in those 9 minutes: terror in her eyes, stretching her hand to seek help but with frozen fingers, and in the end, her dragging herself away — brilliant.
