Streep, Hathaway and Blunt are icons and the film holds up largely because of their performances. Has a pretty killer soundtrack also including a Ray Lamontagne tune. Unexpected, but I’ll gladly take it. I also wasn’t sufficiently prepared for Blunt’s eye shadow.
