The Unseen isn't flashy, reserved in building tension off screen. What's lurking under the house is a mystery as the relationship back story of the homeowners untangle. Little Psycho-esque homage which was neat as well as the build up to what's locked in the basement. Sadly it wasn't as supernatural as I hoped, you actually know what it is before it's even revealed. Still this was a good watch. The Unseen just vibes so perfectly and has that comforting classic 80's look.
