Least favorite of the franchise this far, but the first two, in my opinion, set an incredibly high bar. This one was fun enough, I just didn’t find the humor nearly as funny. Visually, it felt like a modest step back for the franchise. Was kind of hoping they might play with some new visual styles akin to what Puss n Boots did recently. Overall a good time and I’m glad the franchise is still kicking, but I’m hoping that if they do another one that they take some bigger steps forward in story and animation.
