This movie, what can I say? The colour palette is amazing and the 4K quality is great, but the story was very bland. I spent the first three quarters of the film asking myself what I was watching. It gets to the point of being frustrating, saying why do you stay at the beach? Just leave, take your losses and go. But when it does get to the end, you think, “What the hell is happening?” I am still trying to work out what the weird close-up zooms on the eyes meant. I couldn't work out artistically why they were there. It could have had potential but missed the mark big time. I was going into this thinking it was like a John Wick situation.
