Really well made film. The acting was top notch. Especially from William Dafoe. The best I've seen him yet. The cinematography was vibrant and beautiful. Sean Baker does what he does best and made this feel extremely real and raw. This was some of the best kid acting I've seen recently. They do a great job of making the audience want to beat Haliees ass. My problems with it is it's too long. There's no real structure or ending. So at the end it left me a little bummed for different reasons than the depressing ending. Glad I could finally see this though
