Wow. So well done and unsettling. Toni Collette’s performance is amazing. She’s tasked with so many emotions and events and it all works. The rest of the cast is believable as well. This film is twisted. Having not seen any trailers I had no idea where this was going to go. Events that happen are unpredictable and unsettling. This being the directors first film is incredible. It’s so well shot and he knows when to show and not to create ultimate tension. He doesn’t rely on jump scares! Theirs things put into the frames in some scenes that send chills down my spine. I’m on board with the crazy last ten minutes, I just wanted something a little more fulfilling. I still loved this fucked up movie!
