Crazy fun goopy romp of a movie. It's difficult not to compare Revenge of the Radioactive Reporter to The Toxic Avenger as there are some similarities. Also to signature Troma styles. This isn't as over the top as a Troma product but packs enough laughs as one, manages to straddle that line of comedic without spoofing. Even the character names are a gag, like: Richard "Dick" Swell, Rob Burr, Jack Lie, Randy Cawk, Cher Noble, and 'Chief' Bollocks.
Actually pretty crazy how good the practical gore is for something that's managed to stay relatively unknown. Tons of melting bodies and skin by radioactive toxins. Slightly drags even being under ninety minutes though never lets up on the fun meter.
