Unfortunate but eye-opening view into the life and work of Brent Renaud, who was one of the first American reporters with boots on the ground during the initial invasion by Russian Ground Forces into Ukraine in 2022. From warzones across the globe, he passionately played his part and showed us the devastation behind what war does to everyday citizens and society that the mainstream organizations will not, do not, or cannot show. Heart-breaking, but worth the watch. May more like him continue their efforts to expose and broadcast the realities of war, lest we forget the truth and confuse it with that of fictional violence we see in movies and on TV.
