Angel, a member of a punk rock band in the apocalyptic future, is kidnapped by Mok, a legendary superocker. Obsessed with a dark experiment, Mok plans to use Angel's voice to summon a demon from another dimension. The rest of the band follows Mok to Nuke York in an attempt to get her back.

Good movie, interesting animation and story. As a fan of Inspector Gadget I couldn't help but love the voice acting as many of the same voices are in Rock And Rule. Its nowhere near as good as Heavy Metal, but it is absolutely a must watch for anyone who likes Heavy Metal and 80s animation.
