Squid Games season 2 raises the stakes from season one with new horrific games and even more dastardly contestants looking to kill their way to an insane amount of money. The season follows Seong Gi-hun (Lee Jung-jae) as he seeks to dismantle the deadly games, leading to an uneasy alliance with Hwang Jun-ho, the undercover cop from Season 1. Gi-hun infiltrates the competition once again, hoping to bring it down from within, but his mission is complicated by betrayals, unforeseen obstacles, and a slew of new contestants with their own desperate motivations.
