The Jeffrey Jones wish fulfillment / revenge fantasy, was wild.
Tim Burton’s still got it. Production looks fantastic and it’s always bursting with energy. It’s juggling lots of story threads and it feels like it all comes to a resolution very quickly in the finale. Beetlejuice was never really my thing, but I really enjoyed this and it’s essentially exactly what I would have wanted in a sequel.
