Suffering Simulator, the anime
To be honest, the characters have a lot of depth, characters that appear as plot devices also flesh out eventually
And like, in a complete season, there is a constant mystery that is being solved or a battle taking place which needs to be won in some sort of crafty subaru way which keeps you engaged, even trump cards like reinhard fail, and the story shows you how and its always epic, its very good at showing, not telling
Also banging openings, very good voice acting through out and consistently good animation
