I wasn’t looking forward to this much, except dor the fact that my youngest son who’s really taken a liking to Goonies has been really anticipating this. Thankfully, he had a good time…because I really did not. There is zero chemistry between any of these supposed love connections and the overall story is just so blah. Can we please be done with the suburban assassin genre? It’s tough because I love Ke Huy, love Debose. Both are deserving of much much better films. Still looking to land a decent post-Oscar success.
Marshawn can do no wrong, though. Put him in everything.
