Watching this immediately after Sam Raimi's spidey trilogy hurts this movie more than it helps. I still love Andrew Garfield's take on Peter Parker/Spider-Man, and Emma Stone's Gwen Stacy. But there isn't much of a plot here, and it always leaves me wanting a little more.
