Alita: Battle Angel
When Alita awakens with no memory of who she is in a future world she does not recognize, she is taken in by Ido, a compassionate doctor who realizes that somewhere in this abandoned cyborg shell is the heart and soul of a young woman with an extraordinary past.

This was a weird one. So much worked for this movie and then a ton of things also didn’t. Obviously the visuals and special effects for the most part looked great. Sometimes I did get a spk kids 3D horrid flashback. (Talking bout third act scene on a large pipe) The acting was also crazy. Some great like Waltz and the girl who plays Akita, to straight terrible like the main boy and Ed Skrien. Also for some reason both Maharsila Ali and Hennofer Connile are criminally underused. The love story was really unbelievable and brought the story down. Actually anything that had to be with the main boy brought the story down. The action was intense and fun and want to dive deeper into this world. I hate how they set this up for a sequel that we probably will never get. But if this somehow manages to make enough money I’ll be all about it.
