Angel III is the best one. Really haven't been a big fan of this franchise, they're too plain and sluggish. Angel III: The Final Chapter tries to inject some fresh energy into the franchise while sticking to its vigilante roots. It's all too familiar with plenty of other films that do the same thing though a lot better.
