John Grism is great at lawyer films, being that he was a lawyer and this is no exception. Matt Damon is great as an unexperienced lawyer taking on a task to large. Danny Devito is even better! The cases are interesting and the legality of it(sometimes confusing) really caused you to pay attention. I like Claire Daines in this but felt this resolution happened to quickly and was unearned. Lastly the ending left me slightly unsatisfied.
