A very venomous view on governments vested with voluminous sovereignty; this venerable, vibrant film will vest the viewer with valiant impulses for revolution and revivification for the vital various civilians vivisected by the vacuous systems which venture to avail themselves upon them.
In view, a veritable vaudevillian veteran named "V", cast vicariously as both victim and villain by the vicissitudes of Fate.
