Hitler, The Rise Of Evil is probably one of the best cinematic productions ever made on the beginning years of the 20th centuries most evil dictator. Actor Robert Carlyle does a fantastic job of portraying Adolph Hitler and his struggle to become the leader of Germany from his time as a corporal during the first World War up until his complete takeover of the German Government in 1933. Although Carlyle's physical features hardly resemble those of the actual Hitler, his superb acting more then makes up for that. All of the supporting cast are excellent in their individual character portrayal's as well, including veteran actor Matthew Modine who plays a concerned newspaper reporter that trys to warn the public of the potential danger from Hitler and of course Peter O "Toole who plays President Von Hindenburg. Besides Carlyle's great acting, what I also liked about this movie is the producer's penchant to detail and the authenticity of the background. Kinda make's you feel like you are really in 1920s Germany during the rise of the Third Reich. For anyone who has a keen interest in the early years of the world's worst mass murderer, then I highly recommend watching Hitler, The Rise Of Evil.
