Composer Steven Lauddem is creatively blocked and unable to finish the score for his big comeback opera. At the behest of his wife Patricia, formerly his therapist, he sets out in search of inspiration. What he discovers is much more than he bargained for, or imagined.

I’ve never seen a movie be overtaken by the b-storyline more than this film right here. You have a great cast of actors and semi interesting things going on and they decided to shift focus and then make this whole story about daughters and sons and age of consent become the whole focus of the movie. I don’t know who decided to change it to that, or if this was the only way you got this made with Peter Dinklage, Anne Hathaway and Marisa Tomei. They are secondary in 2nd half. It’s a shame because ingredients for a good film was there.
