Truck is a bounty hunter who gets a job to track down a guy named Gator. When he and his partner find him, a chase ensues and Gator is killed. This makes Gator's woman, Dorinda, very angry and she puts a hit on Truck. The man who agrees to kill Truck is named Blue. The question is whether Truck can survive with Blue and his gang on his trail.

Highly entertaining and well paced. Truck (Isaac Hayes) alongside his pal Jerry (Alan Weeks) are two ruthless and efficient skip tracers. Ruffling some feathers along the way and killing someone a little too high in the pimp-eco-system, they create a power struggle of sorts and end up in a very dangerous situation. Great soundtrack and lots of great performances (especially Yaphet Kotto as Blue) plus some entertaining car chase sequences. Quite a gem for the Blaxploitation genre!
