This movie can be described in three words.
STYLE OVER SUBSTANCE
This is a beautiful and unique movie. I enjoyed looking at it and asks some interesting questions. The problem is that the storytelling is lacking. It literally is a character listening to other people reflect on Van Goughs life. It gets tiring and it just didn't do it for me.
