Twenty-eight days after a killer virus was accidentally unleashed from a British research facility, a small group of London survivors are caught in a desperate struggle to protect themselves from the infected. If you can only see one wasteland infection/zombie film, 28 Days Later is the must see. This is what so many countless new zombie movies are based on. Nothing is done wrong in this movie. It's a beautiful, dreary art piece.
