Laughably bad. Commits the worst kind of jump scares several times (loud noise from normal people being startled) Jason Clarke's character is an unlikeable piece of crap. The boy hector and his mom are horrible actors. The jump scares are extremely predictable and the ghosts look lame. The movie is painfully boring. Only redeeming quality is the house looks dope and it's a cool idea for a movie. Too bad they squandered it and made it ass. Hard pass
