Jack, a paramedic, is frustrated with his life after he breaks up with his girlfriend. He discovers a girl (Danika) in an alleyway covered in blood, clinging to life. Jack takes Danika in and soon discovers that she is a vampire.

My quick rating - 4,7/10. By far more comedy and maybe even romance than horror for sure but nevertheless still not a very good movie. Mewes was and still is trying to carve some niche that isn't next to silent bob, but it hasn't happened yet. Nor here in this vampire romance starting with a blood soaked woman in an alley. At times mildly amusing as Mewes tries to keep the relationship going by allowing her to feed but really not worth running out to watch.
