Rarely does a film manage to be both hilariously absurd and impressively layered, but Windy City Heat nails it. This brilliantly orchestrated prank is like Borat-level insane. Perry Caravello’s butt of an elaborate joke is the perfect mix of cringe and comedy. How the filmmakers and cast never break character is beyond me.
