The blood flows freely in this sequel to the first Untold Story, which now finds Anthony Wong Chau-Sang in a different role; in a film that is just as violent and frightening as the original. An unhappily married couple invite the wife's beautiful cousin, who has survived a horrifying experience in Mainland China, to live with them. She has her own special way of overcoming hardship and becomes the master of the barbecue.

The first Untold Story is one of the more depraved watches I've experienced, this follow up tries to recapture the same taboo-busting nastiness and while has some wretched scenes doesn't reach the highs as seen before.
What’s left is a grim sequel that doubles down on sleaze but without the same shocking punch or black humor. There’s still enough depravity here to reach the CAT III category with grotesque murders and cannibalistic overtones. This time it's more routine than transgressive. Just don't call her crazy.
