Way better than the first movie in my opinion. There was some continuity issues between the first movie and this one, specifically with Shredder and Splinter. Also, Tyler Perry wasn’t a good casting choice for Baxter Stockman. Bebop and Rocksteady were done well in this movie. I also like how this movie brought in Casey Jones.
