It was pretty clear from the start that this was essentially a Netflix rip-off of Mythbusters, even down to the cast being the former Mythbusters build team.
While the concept was decent enough, and all three of the team make excelent hosts, the show is held back greaty by not having the bdget to actually do most of the stuff they talk about meaning that, in the end, it just fells like one long thought experiment.
It is a real shame that this was also the last time many people ever got to see Grant on screen before he passed away in 2020, as he was an incredible host who brought unique perspective to everything he worked on.
Maybe if Netflix had given the show a decent budget or a second season this could have been cool, but as it is, it just feels like wasted oppertunity.
