Awesome title for a slasher film. My biggest issue with this film is that it can barely be described as a slasher film. The conversion camp and Kevin Bacon are scarier than our killer. Kills are very scarce, not creative and mostly happen off screen. This had a lot going for it. The title, the setting, the concept, a bacon number of zero. Plus, I really like Anna Chlumsky and Carrie Preston from seeing their work on various television series. Sadly, this just really falls short as a slasher. A camp slasher should have kids running around screaming terrified for their lives. This was a let down 😢
