I've read every published book in "A Song of Fire and Ice". I love d the book series. I loved the show. I did not make comparisons between the two... I just turned my brain off and enjoyed the it. Favorite characters in order... Tyrion Lannister, Arya Stark, Jon Snow, Daenerys Targaryen, Jaime Lannister, Brienne of Tarth, Sandor Clegane (The Hound). All were incredibly acted well.
