When three college students move into an old house off campus, they unwittingly unleash a supernatural entity known as The Bye Bye Man, who comes to prey upon them once they discover its name. The friends must try to save each other, all the while keeping The Bye Bye Man's existence a secret to save others from the same deadly fate.

13 days into the year, I can rest a sure this will be in my bottom 10 list all year. F-list acting, horrible effects, and laughably bad throughout. Morphing wallpaper, a smiling villain, a little girl telling her daddy's not a flash light, a cgi dog rendered in 2002, and a car scene that tops Sinister 2's car accident. Please for the love of movies don't see this and watch something like It Follows, Don't Breathe, or House of the Devil.
