My quick rating - 3.5/10. It was a bit better than expected, but it still has some horrible acting. When acting makes the first line, you know it is bad. A group of people get sidetracked on their way to visit an urban legend killing site and instead find themselves the victims of a carnival of cannibal clowns. The movie constantly shifts from showing promise and being entertaining to utter garbage and showing its budget limitations tenfold. Unless you need to see every horror movie, like me, I'd pass.
