This series is one of my favorite series from 2023.
The characters and humor are exceptional. unfortunately, the events of the Watergate scandal don't work so well for a story arc.
While the series begins with some of the most entertaining episodes of any series I've seen in years, the final episodes are pretty disappointing.
The series also pushes various Kennedy assassination conspiracy theories, and while I likely would have enjoyed these references in the past(as they add nicely to the story), in today's world of constant conspiracy, these references were more of an annoyance.
Although this show has it's flaws,
Watching Harrilson and Theroux's as Liddy and Hunt more than make up for them. The characters are so entertaining that I wish they'd retcon history and make a spin off series with these two!
