A couple of alien slavers disguised as cowboys arrive to Earth and open up an E.T. pet shop in a small desert town where FBI hides witnesses against the mob to kidnap human children and sell them off at alien slave auctions.

“Pet Shop” is a kids' movie with a “Goonies”-like vibe, but it swaps out the adventure for an alien twist and a weaker script. It’s watchable, but the characters lack the charm to make it engaging.
