Follows troubled youth Chan Lok-kwun as he accidentally enters the Walled City, discovers the order amidst its chaos, and learns important life lessons along the way. In the Walled City, he becomes close friends with Shin, Twelfth Master and AV. Under the leadership of Tornado, they resist against the invasion of villain Mr. Big in a series of fierce battles. Together, they vow to protect the safe haven that is Kowloon Walled City.

Watchable, but not going to be a favorite in the kung fu combat movies. This movie has a lot of stuff that works, cool sets, fun fights, and some fun characters. I just really disliked they had a bad guy in this that had super powers and was basically invincible for majority of the movie. Also a little too over the top with the zany jumps, but still fun. This movie could of used much more BLOOD! Supposedly, this is the first of a trilogy. I will definitely check out the next movie if there is one still.
