Massacre Time
In 1866, prospector Tom Corbett returns to his hometown of Laramie, Texas, now under the brutal control of gangster Jason Scott and his violent son, Junior. With his brother Jeff, a struggling drunk cared for by their maid Mercedes, Tom seeks to overthrow the Scotts' tyrannical rule and restore peace to the town.

Before Fulci was showing off his talents for zombies and body mutilation, he packed a punch in a few western films. Massacre Time carries a pissed off Franco Nero in a self discovery to take his hometown back from a ruthless father and son duo.
It looks like a spaghetti western but a little more gritty as we get that Fulci touch. For a 60's western, there's some heavier moments of violence and decent amount of blood- still far from what Fulci shows us later on. Paced decently well as we don't have to wait for some action too long. He delivers a fantastic end shootout scene that deserves more classic status.
