Pretty accurate from a medical perspective. Illustrates the difficulty of managing a high volume ER. Lead actor is phenomenal. My parents & I don’t normally enjoy the same show, but this one has us waiting for the next episode every week. I also find the drama not to be annoying like some other medical shows.
