UNPOPULAR OPINION?
The Exorcist (1973) cast a gigantic shadow, and no doubt, The Exorcist II: The Heretic fails to measure up miserably. But while it could have been better, it ain't that bad either. Sure, I did cringe a lot, but there were moments it seemed to be going somewhere, plus the effects towards the end were decent for the era.
