Desperate to help her sickly brother, a young woman accepts a dinner invitation to what seems to be easy money. As soon as she arrives, she realizes that playing "the game" is deadly for its losers. She and several others spend the night being terrorized in a game of "Would You Rather?"

A desperate woman agrees to take part in a game of "would you rather" in the hope of winning money for her brothers mounting medical bills. Of course this is no ordinary game, with the dares becoming increasingly horrible and descending into torture and even death.
This type of film has been done before, but it is done well here and it's an enjoyable, if rather nasty watch. I enjoy these sort of films, if you don't mind gore perhaps you will too.
