Forgot how quickly this becomes a straight up horror. So many genre changes!
Also totally forgot what an active role the orange car had in setting up the plot
Man I looked like such a perv seeing this by myself in an empty theater at 3 PM lmao
Has definitely grown on me as I’ve started to appreciate inspired and innovative direction!
Somehow forgot how much body horror was in this. Like even the more “subtle” body horror, she’s always doing things that are so painful and make me so uneasy lmao
The performances from the two leads are just….astounding.
Seeing the audience at Cannes experience this may have been more exciting than the film itself! Which is saying a LOT
