A low budget grindhouse romp that is heavy on the cheese—literally and figuratively. The film has a pretty cool aesthetic, combining grainy film with some vibrant saturated colors. And even though the VFX are noticeably low budget, they still look rather good and fit well with the film’s overall vibe. I wish this had been much more of a splatterfest. There are a few scenes with some excellent looking practical gore. They felt a little too few and far between though. If you love cheesy pun, though, holy sh🤩, you’ll be in for a gouda time. This is admittedly a very stupid movie, but if you’re in the right mindset it could be a lot of fun.
