Director’s Cut
Friday (1995) is a fun movie with a powerful ending. It’s not my favorite comedy, but there’s some iconic moments that live on through memes. I’m pretty sure the main characters inspired Franklin and Lamar in GTA V as well, so… this is the closest we’ll get to those cancelled story mode DLC’s.
I swear this movie opens with Curtis Mayfield - Freddie’s Dead, but I didn’t hear it this time. Is that from the theatrical version? I could’ve sworn I’ve only seen the director’s cut of this movie.
