Totally watchable... and I think the performances from Aaron Eckhart and Miles Teller was pretty great. The story itself is very interesting and not knowing of the history of boxer it was cool seeing his story. The film never really shines though. Besides the accident, there aren't any real standout moments. The boxing is nothing special and that's a shame. I also found the rehabilitation portion to be a trudge to get through. Teller plays the role with a ton of heart. I haven't completely given in to the mediocrity that he's been through lately because Whiplash and Spectacular Now were fantastic. This is worth checking out when it hits streaming.
