Sonic the Hedgehog 2 ups the stakes with more action, humor, and fan-favorite characters like Tails and Knuckles. Ben Schwartz continues to shine as Sonic, while Idris Elba’s Knuckles adds a fun mix of intensity and comedy. Jim Carrey once again steals the show as Dr. Robotnik, bringing over-the-top energy to the villainous role. The film delivers exciting set pieces, great visuals, and plenty of Easter eggs for longtime Sonic fans. While the story can feel a bit predictable, the fun factor makes up for it, making this a solid sequel that’s enjoyable for both kids and adults.
