Thirty years after the events of Blade Runner (1982), a new Blade Runner, L.A.P.D. Officer "K" (Ryan Gosling), unearths a long-buried secret that has the potential to plunge what's left of society into chaos. A great movie that lives up to the original, and may surpass it in terms of plot/story structure. I wish it was a little shorter (why are all 'serious' films over 2.5 hours nowadays!), but overall a worthwhile sequel to a sci-fi classic.
